Anna Lawrence is a Registered Nurse with a strong interest in health prevention and chronic disease self-management.  Supporting her clients to make positive changes in their lives to enhance their overall health and wellbeing is a prime motivation for her work. Anna graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Nursing and has achieved level I and II Certificate training from Wellness Coaching Australia. Anna has also recently completed through the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management and is working towards credentialing through the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.

Anna has a holistic view on wellness and knows the importance of integrating emotional and mental wellbeing. She has seen the benefits that helping clients to create healthy lifelong habits has on their quality, length and outlook on life.
