New Year's Resolutions + Feeling Good About Them

I know we often rush to make New Years resolutions, set goals and wear ourselves out in the first few weeks. Unfortunately this means we slip straight back into old habits - sounding familiar?!

Today I want to share with you some easy tips to help you along in your New Year's Resolution journey. 

Tip One

Try not to overwhelm yourself with setting too many goals. 

Tip Two

Ensure the goals you are setting are realistic - if we set goals that are are not achievable for us we are setting ourselves up for failure

Tip Three

Find a support crew - get your friends, family, colleagues, your health and wellness coach on board to stand by you, support you and help you to stay motivated throughout the year. We don't have to do everything ourselves!

Tip Four

Celebrate your successes of 2017 - it is easy to focus on the negatives and what we want to change but how about starting 2018 by looking back and realising everything you have achieved, everything that was awesome and everything that you are proud of yourself for?
